Sometimes when your favourite apps pass by a third-party payment processor (e.g. AppSumo, Stripe, Paddle, Mollie, PayPal, Fastspring), the payment description doesn't include the name of the application it's related to. That means that LicenceOne can only detect that you paid something to the payment processor (Paddle), but not for what software in particular (Calendly). If you see this text on your interface it means that this is the first time LicenceOne has detected a payment for the application, and therefore we need more time to determine if you pay for it monthly, yearly, or otherwise. That's because this could be simply the first payment in a monthly subscription, or the only payment in a yearly subscription.
