Allowing users to automatically link their extension

By default, LicenceOne allows any user with the same company email domain to link their browser extension to your workspace.

For example, if your email format is {firstname}.{lastname}@beststartup.com - everyone with a @beststartup.com email address will be able to link their browser extension, and thus, their login activity, into your LicenceOne workspace.

This will not give them access to the rest of the LicenceOne platform. To do that, they will need to be invited as users via the user section of your account..

If you'd like to deactivate this option, you may do so by unchecking the appropriate box on the company settings of your account.

Please note: if you decide to disable this option, all users will need to be added as an employee in the employees section of your workspace before they are able to link their extension with your workspace
