While LicenceOne works best when you synchronise a data source, like a bank or Google Workspace, we also have the option for users to add each of their applications manually.

To get started make sure that you're in a live data interface. Once you are, head to the Applications section of LicenceOne.

What happens next depends on whether or not you have a data source synchronised.

  • If you already have a data source synchronised, click on "Missing applications" on the top right of your interface

  • If you don't have a data source synchronised, click on "Add an application" on the top right of your interface

After clicking, start by entering the name of your application. If it already exists in our database of indexed applications, it will appear in the dropdown bar below your search:

If it doesn't already exist in our database, the dropdown bar below your search will offer you to request that we add it. To do so, simply click on that dropdown option:

Once you've requested an application, LicenceOne staff will manually review your request and add it to our database within 48 hours of your submission being received

Can I add financial information to applications that I add manually?

Not yet, but we plan on adding that feature very soon.

Why do I need to wait until someone reviews the applications I add?

We didn't think we'd have so many users that wanted to manually input data, so we didn't think of it.

With that said, we plan on launching a feature in mid-May to allow users to see their manually added applications instantly instead of waiting on us to approve them.
