Sometimes when your favourite apps pass by a third-party payment processor (e.g. AppSumo, Stripe, Paddle, Mollie, PayPal, Fastspring), the payment description doesn't include the name of the application it's related to.

So instead of seeing Subscription Calendly we receive Invoice Paddle #33321.

That means that LicenceOne can only detect that you paid something to the payment processor (Paddle), but not for what software in particular (Calendly).

To assign that transaction to the application it's really related to, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the application page or use the search bar and click on the name of the payment processor (e.g. Paddle)

  2. Open the Spend tab

  3. Select the transactions that you want to re-assign to a different application (e.g. Calendly)

  4. Click the Assign to another application button

  5. Search for the application that the transaction is related to, then select it from the search results

  6. Click the Reassign to {AppName} on the bottom right of the popup
