If you see this text on your interface it means that this is the first time LicenceOne has detected a payment for the application, and therefore we need more time to determine if you pay for it monthly, yearly, or otherwise.

That's because this could be simply the first payment in a monthly subscription, or the only payment in a yearly subscription.

Can I change the billing cycle before LicenceOne gets enough data?


If LicenceOne is "waiting for more data but you already know the billing cycle of that application, feel free to change it yourself by clicking on the pencil icon next to the field. You won't break anything.

If you don't want change it yourself, simply wait until next month and LicenceOne will update this field for you automatically (as enough time will have passed for us to make an estimation).
