What are financial and activity data sources?

💸 Financial data sources

These data sources will detect and update the spend related to your applications. For example, this is how LicenceOne can detect how much you pay for an application and how frequently.

Bank & payment accounts

Link your bank accounts and we'll regularly check your transactions for signs of app spend.

📈 Activity data sources

These data sources will detect the last time a user logged into their applications. In doing so, you'll be able to detect unused seats and reduce your subscription costs.

Browser extension

Ask your employees to install the LicenceOne extension on their browser. Any time that they use a business application in their browser, we'll track the date of that activity.

Oh, and don't worry—LicenceOne will only ever track business applications.

Google Workspace

Synchronize your Google Workspace with LicenceOne, and we'll import all of your employees as well as the last time that they each clicked on the "Sign in with Google" button on app login pages.
